SMS / MMS opt-in verification

This page documents how Basebase collects consent for SMS and MMS messaging. It is provided for carrier and A2P 10DLC verification. Program terms and opt-out instructions are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Consent in Profile → Notification preferences

Users opt in from the Basebase app by opening their Profile (slide-out), entering their phone number, and checking the consent options in the “Notification preferences” block.

2. Opt-out and help in messages

Every message includes opt-out instructions. Users can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
